• Patent laws
• Other intellectual property rights

DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via our service, please notify our copyright agent as set forth in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA).

For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

• An electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you

Governing Law

• Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP, Mexico) — ARCO rights supported
• Continuous security assessments, centralized logging and security alerting
• SOC 2 program and independent third-party penetration test — in progress via Vanta

Details and control mappings are available in our Trust Center. Hiveflow does not currently claim SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA certification; where those frameworks are relevant, our infrastructure providers maintain their own certifications.
